Returns request

Would you like to return your order? - No problem! Simply fill out the form and we will send you a free returns label within 24 hours (this only applies to orders within Germany). We do not process returns at weekends or on public holidays. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be refunded. The use of the form is not mandatory for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
