Where can I find my online invoice?

You will receive your invoice digitally by e-mail and, as a registered customer, you can view your orders and invoices at any time in your customer account under "Orders".

I have not received an order confirmation?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Within Germany we ship with DHL.

How high are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): € 5.90

Deliveries to other EU countries: € 7.90

Deliveries outside the EU: 34,90 €

Are deliveries abroad possible?

Delivery is also possible to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway. For shipments to other countries, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days.

For deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

How can I find out when my order will be delivered?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us as well as a separate e-mail from our shipping service provider with a tracking number.

I have only received a partial delivery, why?

We ship our goods from different locations. Your order may therefore be delivered in several parcels. We will of course bear the additional costs.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

I would like to return items from several orders?

If you would like to return items from several orders, you can of course send them back to us in one package. Please enclose the relevant returns form with the parcel.

How can I return my order?

Would you like to return your order? - No problem! Please fill out the enclosed returns form

  • Please enter the order number and your name.
  • Stick the enclosed return label on the sealed parcel.

The return documents are no longer available? You have the option of creating your own returns form online.

Simply fill out the form and we will send you a free returns label within 24 hours (this only applies to orders within Germany). We do not process returns on weekends and public holidays. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be refunded. If the returns form is missing, we cannot guarantee a timely and correct refund.

Can I exchange an item purchased in the online store for another item?

If you would like an item in a different size, color, etc., please return the non-matching item free of charge and place a new order. This will ensure you get the item you want and fast processing.

When will my return be credited?

The refund of your return can take up to 14 days. If the returns form is missing, we cannot guarantee a timely and correct refund.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please return the goods in the same way as an item you no longer want. In this case, please state faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered as the reason for return. If the fault or defect only becomes apparent at a later date, you can make a complaint about the item concerned within the warranty period. Please contact our customer service for this:

Is the return of items free of charge?

Within Germany, items that do not fit or are not to your liking can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods as part of our voluntary right of return.

Do you also offer plus sizes?

We can make our women's collection up to size 52 and our men's collection up to size 74. As we generally have little or no stock in the plus sizes, please feel free to contact us.

What do the different sizes mean?

As a classic menswear retailer, we offer our male customers slim (size 94 - 126), normal (size 42 - 74) and stocky (size 24 - 32) sizes.

Why does the price of some products vary depending on the size?

Please understand that we charge a surcharge of 10% for sizes 58 / 28 / 114 and larger due to the higher amount of outer fabric required.

You have the option of using the following payment methods:

Transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reason for payment. The order will only be sent to you after the money has been credited to our account.

Custom-made

Do you also offer custom-made products?

As we mainly produce in Europe in cooperation with competent and small specialist companies, we can offer custom-made products for the majority of items. Please note that these are not made to measure, so we can only fulfill individual wishes to a limited extent.

How long does a custom-made product take?

We cannot give a binding delivery date, as this depends on the availability of the outer fabric and the current capacity utilization of production. As a rule, however, delivery takes place within 8-10 weeks.

What additional costs will I incur for a custom-made product?

There are no additional costs for you. You only pay the standard sales price and the shipping costs.
