Wellington of Bilmore is a family-run traditional company in the heart of East Westphalia and can look back on over 120 years of experience in the textile industry. The name Wellington of Bilmore stands for fashion expertise, functionality and sustainability. Now in our 5th generation, we use our know-how and expertise to develop timeless products of the highest quality in the style of the British country look. Value and durability are just as important to us as modernity, functionality, fit and quality.
Sustainability is particularly important to us: it begins with the selection of our predominantly European suppliers, runs through the entire production process and reaches its goal in the longevity of our products.

Junior Product Manager (m/f/d)
- Support throughout the entire product development process
- Trend research and analysis, including visits to relevant trade fairs
- Creating a collection framework plan
- Co-design of the collection concept
- Supervision of sample part development and production releases
Junior Content Manager (m/f/d)
- Creation of content strategies on-site and off-site, especially on social media, newsletters and relevant media
- Creation of video and image content as well as smaller graphic tasks
- Collaboration with our online agency for a 360-degree insight into the growth strategy of the online channel
Employee in internal sales (m/f/d)
- As part of a small team, you will be a central point of contact for our national and international business customers, advising and supporting them by telephone
- Recording and processing customer inquiries and orders
- Close cooperation with our international sales representatives and internal sales management
- Entering and maintaining article and customer master data in the ERP system
Merchandise Management Clerk (m/f/d)
- Everything has to pass you by: you are responsible for the reliable processing of incoming goods, quality inspection, picking and dispatch.
- You carefully maintain our stock levels, are responsible for the monthly stock closing and the annual inventory and are the central point of contact for our accounting department
- Maintaining our ERP system and the associated master data is one of our daily tasks
